Colwyn Municipal Building
Polaris Consulting Engineers completed an energy audit of the Mechanical and Electrical systems at the municipal building in the Borough of Colwyn, PA. The results of the audit were utilized to make application for the PA Conservation Works! grant program, a program designed to provide funds for local government and non-profit entities to conserve or reduce energy usage.
The energy audit process involves data collection and analysis of the building properties and energy usage, proposing energy conservation measures and recommendations for operations and maintenance methods.
